We Believe

If something is worth doing it’s worth doing well

There isn’t a right and a wrong way to do things. There are usually many right ways and many wrong ways. One of our jobs is to uncover the right way that fits with your needs and will compliment your organizational goals. Sometimes the ‘right’ way takes more time and effort but is well worth it in the end.

In taking calculated risks

While playing it safe is a part of the job, we feel that it is important to explore new territory to find new and exceptional solutions to old problems. This sometimes requires that we get out of our comfort zone as designers and we encourage you to do the same.

In doing good

We align ourselves with clients, partners, and vendors that are of a similar mindset. We want to have a positive impact on the world around us but realize that sometimes that happens in indirect ways, and in unexpected areas. We choose the people we work with, carefully, to ensure that we can fully get behind their cause and that they can fully get behind ours as well.

In shared understanding

We’re experts in our areas, and know you are an expert in yours. We like getting to know what you stand for and treating your business as if it were our own. We like having real conversations, not holding back, doing our research, and determining a strategy that is right for you.

In respect

We strongly believe that respect is the binding ingredient that makes all things work better. While we fully acknowledge the fact that a company isn’t a real entity that can hold actual beliefs and values, but we as individuals do. A prerequisite for being a part of our team is that you have aligned beliefs and values.

We respectfully acknowledge that much of our team is located on Treaty 6 territory, the traditional lands of First Nations and Métis people.

As a group we are aligned with the goal of delivering meaningful change to things such as diversity and equity wherever we can. We recognize that we are fallible and are always open to being corrected or better informed to become better in practice and we look forward to our journey in learning.
